I make it a point to be charitable with people who misspeak, but this is a two-way street, folks.
More hate documented here, where Bachmann asked a rain-soaked crowd, “Who likes wet people?,” only to have a popular liberal blog edit it to have her say, “Who likes white people?” The hateful race-baiters have no scruples.

What if Bachmann was right?
I wonder about that myself. It is not like there would not be precedent.
Oh my goodness, did you read the comments after the video? They always say the Right is so hatefilled, I saw nothing but pure meaness on the comments. People saying she should die and so on. Yes, she was joking about those being signs, but the people that like her probably believe to an extent that to be true. It was kind of like saying the joke in church, but then moving on to a different subject. You got a laugh out of the audience, it was meant to be light hearted and set a tone, and she moved on. People are just so quick to jump on her and this time she didn’t even mess anything up to actually jump on.
