Whistleblower Cases Show Planned Parenthood Engages in Massive Fraud — Don’t expect to hear about this in the mainstream media.  This is why Planned Parenthood’s CEO campaigned full-time for Obama for a while and why they “donated” millions of the tax dollars they received to the Obama campaign.

Planned Parenthood insists it is a necessary and trusted healthcare provider that must be supported by taxpayer dollars. Recently unsealed “whistleblower” lawsuits[i] tell a starkly different story. Former Planned Parenthood employees allege improper and illegal corporate policies were implemented by Planned Parenthood to increase profits, to the detriment of both the taxpayers and the women and families government programs seek to serve.

In the most recently unsealed suit, Thayer v. Planned Parenthood of the Heartland,[ii] Sue Thayer, former manager for Planned Parenthood of the Heartland (PPH), alleges that PPH filed nearly one-half million false claims with Medicaid. According to Ms. Thayer’s complaint, PPH fraudulently received and retained nearly $28 million in taxpayer funding through abusive billing practices.

Ms. Thayer alleges that to enhance revenues, PPH implemented a “C-Mail” program that effectively mailed thousands of unrequested birth control pills to women, and then billed the government for these pills. According to her complaint, PPH also solicited funds from patients for services fully covered by government programs while continuing to bill the government program for full reimbursement.

But wait, there’s more: Planned Parenthood caught lying about its botched abortions.  Apparently and organization that kills unwanted human beings and perverts the minds of kids for a living doesn’t mind lying to help their business.

Our investigation exposes not only how unsafe Planned Parenthood clinics can be for women, but also how dishonest and untrustworthy Planned Parenthood is to the very women it claims to defend,” says Rose. “How shameful that two months after their clinic botched an abortion that took the life of 24-year old Tonya Reaves and her pre-born baby, Planned Parenthood lies to the public and pretends nothing happened. When it comes to the lethal dangers of its billion-dollar abortion business, no lie is too audacious for Planned Parenthood.

And one more on PP — they are using $12m of your tax dollars to ask for more tax dollars. Their CEO is taking a break from running the abortion machine to campaign full-time for Obama.  She knows where her money comes from!  One more reason to vote Romney.

Obama administration will pay companies to violate law governing layoff notices — shouldn’t this be front page news?  They are borrowing even more money from China for your kids to pay back, and just to further their personal political goals.

The Obama Administration’s disregard for the law has struck again—and this time, it’s encouraging others to violate the law at taxpayer expense.

That’s worth saying again: The Obama Administration is encouraging people to violate a law, and promising that it will use taxpayer money to cover fines incurred from this action.

The law: The law in question is called the WARN Act, and it requires that federal contractors send employees layoff notices 60 days before a plant closing or mass layoff.

The inconvenience: Massive defense spending cuts under sequestration are scheduled to hit on January 2, 2013. Defense contractors affected by the budget cuts would have to issue notice letters to employees by November 2 (four days before the election) to meet the January 2 start date for the spending cuts.

The penalty taxpayers would pay: Employers who violate the WARN Act are liable to their former employees for “back pay for each day of a violation” and “benefits under an employee benefit plan,” as well as a penalty of $500 for each day that notice has not been sent to the local government where the layoffs will occur.

Obama Campaign Illegally Rakes in Foreign Donations — again.  And the media ignores it.

From the “I am not making this up category” — Democrat of the Year Steals From Partially Blind, Developmentally Disabled Wheelchair-Bound Old Lady

The woman named “Democrat of The Year” this year by the Jefferson County Democratic Party has been convicted of felony theft by a Jefferson County jury for stealing from a developmentally disabled 71-year-old woman. …

On Thursday, a jury convicted 66-year-old Estelle Carson of felony identify theft and felony theft from an at risk adult for stealing checks from the woman and using them to pay her own cable, cell phone and internet bills.

The victim is partially blind, developmentally disabled, has cerebral palsy and is confined to a wheelchair. She is on a fixed income of $596 per month according to the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office.

Nearly as bothersome as the theft itself … is the fact the Jefferson County Democratic Party was made aware of the ongoing criminal investigation and honored Carson anyway.

The most important fact of history ever: Jesus really rose from the dead.  And we have lots of evidence for our belief!  Don’t leave this life without carefully examining the evidence yourself.

Yes, Benghazi is worse than Watergate. Sadly, the media is covering up the cover-up.  From John McCain:

You know, this administration is very good at touting and giving all the details like when they got Bin Laden. But now, we know that there were tapes, recordings inside the consulate during this fight, and they’ve gotten—they came—the F.B.I. finally got in and took those, and now they’re classified as “top secret.” Why would they be top secret? So the president went on various shows, despite what he said he said in the Rose Garden, about terrorist acts, he went on several programs, including “The View” including “Letterman” including before the U.N., where he continued to refer, days later, many days later, to this as a spontaneous demonstration because of a hateful video. We know that is patently false. What did the president know? When did he know it? And what did he do about it?

Like Alfred Kinsey, Obama HHS “Grooming” Children for Sex — these people should be in jail.

Kinsey, though married to a woman who took part in his many filmed “scientific” orgies, was a promiscuous homosexual and sadomasochist. He managed to completely upend and twist the world’s perception of human sexuality in the 1950s and ’60s with his world famous “Kinsey Reports.”

Even today, most are completely unaware that during his tenure at Indiana University, Kinsey facilitated, with stopwatches and ledgers, the systematic sexual abuse of hundreds, if not thousands, of children and infants – all in the name of science.

. . .

According to the FBI, child molesters:

  • Demonstrate sex acts to children. Offenders commonly use pornography to teach or give instructions to naïve children about how to masturbate, perform oral sex and/or engage in sexual intercourse.
  • Lower the sexual inhibitions of children. Some children naturally fear sexual activities. Some offenders show pictures of other children engaging in sexual activities to overcome these fears, indicating to their intended victims that it is all right to have sex with an adult because lots of other boys and girls do the same thing.
  • Desensitize children to sex. Offenders commonly show child pornography to their intended victims to expose them to sexual acts before they are naturally curious about such activities.
  • Sexually arouse children. Offenders commonly use pornographic images of other children to arouse victims, particularly those in adolescence.

During her lecture, Dr. Reisman shocked the 50-plus in attendance by illustrating that today’s Kinseyan-based sex education – as promoted by Obama’s HHS – does much of what the FBI describes above.

Stay classy, pro-aborts:

As I alluded to in response to a comment made on my post reporting on the recent pro-life rally in Melbourne, there are a couple of things that I felt would have been beneficial to exclude from the event. I mention what those are in the below paragraphs.

One of the more interesting points I noted with regards to the pro-abortion protesters in my previous article was the tactical angle of their messages:

  1. Shame, bigots, shame! Shame, bigots, shame!
  2. We won, you lost! We won, you lost!
  3. God raped Mary. She should have aborted
  4. Black, white, queer, straight! Women will control our fate!
  5. F*ck off, bigots, f*ck off! F*ck off, bigots, f*ck off!
  6. Jesus was a gay sheila who was pro-choice!
  7. You have 99 problems. They are all misogyny
  8. I had an abortion because I chose life
  9. Pro-choice is pro-life
  10. Not every ejaculation needs a name
  11. If the foetus you save is gay, will you still fight for it’s rights?
  12. My vagina has nothing to do with your God
  13. Jesus was not a fascist like these clowns

Contrast the above with these pro-life slogans espoused at the same event:

  1. Its easy to be ‘pro-choice’ when you’re not the one being killed
  2. Cruelty to animals is called ‘evil’. Torture to babies is called ‘choice’
  3. Lots of people want to adopt [but there's] no babies!
  4. We kill an AFL Grand Final crowd each year
  5. Everyone deserves a birth-day
  6. Mums need support, not pressure to abort
  7. Every life is valuable
  8. Change the law. Save the babies. Help the mothers
  9. aDoPtion not aBoRtion
  10. Each life is unique from conception
  11. Pretend I’m a tree and save me
  12. Take my hand, not my life
  13. Pray to end abortion*

Throwing more money at education will not fix it.  More commentary here.  They should take a tiny portion of the budget and visit one-on-one with parents and caregivers and let them know that they are the key to the child’s success.  No amount of spending or government bureaucracy will overcome slacker parents.

I’m not getting it. If we’re spending so very much on education, why aren’t we the top? Why aren’t we the best educated people on the planet? Why do we keep trying to throw more money at it as if that will fix it? If throwing more money at it has not improved education, why do we continue to think that’s the answer? Or is that a learning problem, too?

Recycling: Good for newspapers, bad for lousy pro-legalized abortion arguments

Last week I taught a session on pro-life reasoning and the biblical basis for the sanctity of life to a group of Care Net volunteers.  One of the points was debunking the canard that pro-lifers don’t care about kids after they are born.

With perfect timing, false teacher Chuck “Jesus is not the only way” Currie (who is pro-legalized abortion and wants taxpayer-funded abortions but hypocritically mentions Jesus’ concern for the “least of these” in many of his posts, including this one) published “The G.O.P.’s Abandoned Babies”.  Apparently Charles M. Blow (is that a real name?) and the NY Times thought they could get some more mileage out of that fallacious reasoning.

The GOP – the “pro-life” party – has shown their hypocrisy on the political wedge issue of abortion with the adoption of the GOP-controlled House budget.

Some may use it as a wedge issue, but many people authentically disagree with Chuck and other pro-abortionists who believe it is completely moral to crush and dismember innocent human beings just because they are unwanted — and worse yet, that Jesus is pro-legalized abortion.

And false teacher Chuck and the author don’t anticipate the obvious counter-title: “The Democrats’ Dead Babies.”

To recap, the argument used by the pro-aborts fails in three ways (And yes, if someone is pro-legalized abortion and pro-taxpayer-funded abortion then I refer to them as pro-abortion.  I wouldn’t consider someone to be pro-choice on slavery if they thought slavery should be legal but didn’t want to own slaves):

1. Objecting to a moral evil doesn’t obligate you to take complete ownership of it forever.  Can these pro-aborts protest infanticide without having to adopt all of those children?  Can they oppose spousal abuse without having to marry all the women?  Can they oppose the (hypothetical) destruction of homeless people without having to personally house them?  Can they oppose animal abuse without having to adopt all the cats and dogs?  And so on.  It is ridiculous to claim that pro-lifers have to go along with every nanny-state proposal for those outside the womb to avoid the hypocrisy charge.

2. In addition to the irrefutable logic of item 1, pro-lifers do a lot more for the unborn with their own time and money than the pro-aborts do for the women before or after they are born.  There are more crisis pregnancy centers than abortion clinics, and most operate completely on donations (the Care Net Pregnancy Center where I am a board member refuses to take taxpayer funds).

And it is well established that Conservatives give more than Liberals, especially when you check the “giving” of people like Obama, Biden, Kennedy, etc.

So even though we aren’t obligated to help outside the womb just because we oppose abortion, we help because we want to.

3. Unless someone concedes to being truly pro-abortion (i.e., they expect women to always have abortions or raise the children with no help from the public), then the pro-choicers are obligated to adopt the children as well.  Either that, or give up espousing their pro-choice views.  After all, if you claim to be pro-choice and the women choose life, then the same care giving obligation falls on you.

—–

If false teachers like Chuck, the UCC and other pro-abortion organizations really cared about women and children they’d be funding their own crisis pregnancy centers (they couldn’t volunteer at Care Net because our statement of faith requires that they believe the Bible and hold pro-life views, among other things).  But why couldn’t they use their own money to carry out their goals and to reduce the abortions as they claim they want to?  That’s what the pro-lifers do!

Another irony in the faux compassion of the pro-aborts is that they want to spend the money of people who can’t vote or aren’t even born yet.  We have to borrow every dollar that they want to spend.  It is just irresponsibility piled on irresponsibility.

Here’s another example of the morbid irony of the false teachers pretending to hold life sacred:

The General Synod of the United Church of Christ, which has taken pro-choice positions on the issue of abortion, is also deeply concerned about life.  Our General Synod has affirmed, for example, “the sacredness of all life, and the need to protect and defend human life in particular”

You can’t claim to care about the sacredness of all life and wanting to defend human life “in particular” if you favor legalized abortion, including partial-birth abortion, taxpayer-funded abortions and if you fight crisis pregnancy centers.  But that’s the shameless hypocrisy you’ll get from them.

Don’t let people use the lousy arguments that pro-lifers don’t care about those outside the womb.  That is a recycled cheap trick that pro-aborts use over and over to silence us.  Get informed and set the record straight.  We give our own time and money before and after birth to help, whereas they support killing the unwanted with the taxes of pro-lifers and they want to confiscate your money to “give” to their pet projects.

Must read responses to the lies of Planned Parenthood

Update: Go here to sign a petition to de-fund Planned Parenthood, among other things.

—–

This is a quick must read: Lila Rose: The top six Planned Parenthood deceptions in response to our exposé | LifeSiteNews.com.  I left a few snippets in the list below.  See the link for the full responses.  Planned Parenthood and its apologists are working overtime to minimize this.  Let’s keep it out there as much as possible.  The more the middle ground knows the more likely we’ll get PP defunded.  Be sure to flag it to theological liberals, who typically give their full support to PP.

Deception 6) “We reported this to the FBI”

Planned Parenthood wrote the FBI a letter a week AFTER our investigation, only after they realized that Live Action had conducted the sting. They say this themselves. As much as they may pretend, Planned Parenthood was not attempting to help send human traffickers to jail; they were attempting to pre-empt the release of Live Action’s footage.

If Planned Parenthood really cared about reporting potential sex traffickers to authorities, they would have called police while the pimp was in the clinic, or immediately after. Not wasting a minute. Planned Parenthood, where are the reports from the now SIX clinics we’ve released, that you immediately called the police?

Why did all your staffers, instead of refusing service or gathering information from the pimp about his sex ring to inform authorities, GIVE the pimp information about how to access the Planned Parenthood system for secret services?

Deception 5) Live Action Videos Are All “Doctored” and a “Hoax”

Planned Parenthood, if you really think our videos are “fake”, “doctored” and a “hoax”, why did you yesterday claim that you will be retraining your entire staff of 11,000?

Deception 4) “We are retraining our entire staff of 11,000″

A final question: How exactly will Planned Parenthood be “training” it’s staff? Will the training be a special seminar on how to recognize Live Action cameras?

Deception 3) Virginia Staff Acted “Professionally”

Deception 2) This is an “isolated incident”

A favorite of Planned Parenthood’s. Every time Live Action releases a video (and we’ve released over 16 now), it is “an isolated incident”. Let the facts speak for themselves. Look at the evidence.

Deception 1) We have a zero-tolerance policy for abuse, and you should trust us

If anyone can still believe this, I don’t know if there is any evidence in the world that will convince them otherwise.

Political correctness is deadly once again

As I noted here, political correctness is the adult version of Jr. High peer pressure: People say things they know are false because they are afraid of being unpopular.  That would be irritating enough if the consequences weren’t so severe and often deadly.

See Report: Political Correctness Prevented FBI, DoD from Stopping Maj. Hasan | Verum Serum.

Today the Senate Homeland Security Committee released an independent report on the Ft. Hood shootings. The 91 page report is titled A Ticking Time Bomb: Counterterrorism Lessons from the US Government’s Failure to Prevent the Fort Hood Attack. The gist of it is that the FBI and Hasan’s superiors had more than enough information to prevent the shootings and likely would have done so if not for political correctness.

. . .

But the most stunning portion of the report is the section that offers details about the nature of Hasan’s radicalization as witnessed by his fellow officers:

Hasan advanced to a two-year fellowship at USUHS…Less than a month into the fellowship, in August 2007, Hasan gave another off-topic presentation on a violent Islamist extremist subject instead of on a health care subject. This time, Hasan’s presentation was so controversial that the instructor had to stop it after just two minutes when the class erupted in protest to Hasan’s views. The presentation was entitled, Is the War on Terror a War on Islam: An Islamic Perspective?Hasan’s proposal for this presentation promoted this troubling thesis: that U.S. military operations are a war against lslam rather than based on non-religious security considerations. Hasan’s presentation accorded with the narrative of violent Islamist extremism that the West is at war with Islam. Hasan’s paper was full of empathetic and supportive recitation of other violent Islamist extremist views, including defense of Osama bin Laden, slanted historical accounts blaming the United States for problems in the Middle East, and arguments that anger at the United States is justifiable…The instructor who stopped the presentation said that Hasan was sweating, quite nervous, and agitated after being confronted by the class.

Hasan’s promotion of violent Islamist extremist beliefs continued after the presentation. One classmate said that Hasan supported suicide bombings in another class. He told several classmates that his religion took precedence over the U.S. Constitution he swore to support and defend as a U.S. military officer.

Read the whole thing.  This is what happens when people are too afraid to criticize Islam (or the gay lobby, or whatever the PC-police say is off limits).

Planned Parenthood busted again–how much more information do people need?

See Breaking, Video: Planned Parenthood caught aiding and abetting underage sex trafficking – Jill Stanek.  Watch this video of the “pimp,” “prostitute” and Planned Parenthood Office Manager and ask yourself why they aren’t shut down and why your tax dollars support them.  Then ask yourself why the mainstream media will suppress this story just like they are doing with the Dr. Gosnell atrocities.  (Go see how many stories you find on him versus the murder of “Doctor” Tiller.)

This is pure evil, and I mean that without hyperbole..

The most bizarre thing is how casual the Planned Parenthood office manager is.

  • She reflexively coaches the “pimp” on how to keep the girls working even after the abortions (“waist up”).
  • She is practiced at coaching them to lie about their ages.
  • She laughs and steers the younger girls to abortion clinics with even lower standards.
  • She mocks parents who would want to know that their underage daughters are having abortions.
  • She never flinches that this pimp is bringing in underage 14-15 year olds who came from other countries illegally and don’t speak English — i.e., sex slaves.
  • And more!

As Jill Stanek noted, here are a few of the laws they appear to have broken or manipulated:

1. Sexual Abuse Cover up
2. Aiding and abetting statutory rape
3. Aiding and abetting minor prositution
4. Aiding and abetting human trafficking
5. RICO/conspiracy/racketeering

Aren’t you glad they get $300 million from taxpayers each year?  Will the Republican House finally be the ones to expose them?  Will U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder actually investigate them?

Theological Liberals continue to support Planned Parenthood, even though they:

This is one of the most vile and creepy organizations on the planet, yet theological Liberals bless them and insist that Jesus supports their efforts.  Verses about millstones, “woe to those who call evil good and good evil” and “I never knew you” come to mind.

Crisis Pregnancy Centers obey the law and report statutory rape.  Planned Parenthood deliberately hides it.

As noted at RedState:

The exploitative roots and track record of Planned Parenthood is a largely untold story that can no longer be ignored. The horror of the logic behind Planned Parenthood’s founding has come to roost in this modern form: it is the primary partner of those who degrade and exploit women.

The exploitation of women by men through abortion was vehemently rejected by the early feminists. Yet today’s footage and the unbroken trail of like evidence is a natural extension of founder eugenicist Margaret Sanger’s worldview, who saw vulnerable citizens like African-Americans, the poor, and immigrants as “human weeds” and “reckless breeders.”

She believed “the most merciful thing a large family does to one of its infants is to kill it.”

P.S. I do agree with one of Planned Parenthood’s views: “An abortion kills the life of a baby after it has begun” At least that was their view in this 1964 advertisement. Did they learn anything about science in the few years after that when they changed their minds? Of course not. Science couldn’t be more clear: A new human being is created at conception.

Looks like Planned Parenthood will get nailed by a series of undercover videos. Again.

And the mainstream media will look the other way.  Again.  And Congress will keep giving them hundreds of millions of your tax dollars.  See After all, sex traffickers need Planned Parenthood, too – Jill Stanek.

This time PP is trying to get ahead of the embarrassment, but they are fumbling because they don’t know the content of the videos.  Apparently they don’t just aggressively and systematically hide statutory rape, they are willing to hide underage sex workers (slaves would be a more accurate term).  Why do people expect decent, law-abiding behavior from those who kill innocent human beings for a living?

P.S. I agree with Planned Parenthood’s view: “An abortion kills the life of a baby after it has begun” At least that was their view in this 1964 advertisement. Did they learn anything about science in the few years after that when they changed their minds? Of course not. Science couldn’t be more clear: A new human being is created at conception.
